About the Merit Construction Alliance

The Merit Construction Alliance is a non-profit, non-partisan association that believes the awarding of construction contracts should be based solely on merit, applying criteria such as quality, value, budget, schedule and safety. The MCA educates the public, government officials and industry leaders on the skills and capabilities of open shop contractors and employees. The MCA also challenges attempts to restrict fair and open competition for the benefit of any special interest.
